Thank you, Woodbear. I will try to get a pic of the Achomawi bow's reflex when I get a bit extra time. I can tell you though, its reflex is nothing close to the Tolowa bow I posted on the third page...

Traxx, Yes, a bow with as much reflex as my red Tolowa is a real bugger to brace. I don't know how the natives did it. The few times I braced that bow is about the time I noticed my first gray hair....
